This role will provide key leadership surrounding the hotel's revenue recognition policies and will regularly interface with the sales, operations and marketing organizations.

Responsible for assisting the Director of Housekeeping and in the director's absence, manage the daily shift operations of Housekeeping and Laundry as well as third party vendor relationships.

An experienced hotel guest services professional who enjoys working closely with guests to ensure their needs are being accommodated.
